The reception welcomed us very well at breakfast. The staff was very polite. The reception rooms were clean and the environment was decent. There was no hot water in the evening, but there was hot water in the morning.

The location of the guesthouse is ideal for those who want to have a quiet and peaceful holiday, a car is a must. We stayed in the Itır room, it was very nice and spacious, the floors were not wiped/swept during the room cleaning, other than that, there was no negative. The administrative affairs manager of the guesthouse who took care of us was friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

When we went to the hotel, they stated that there was a problem with the system, 2 people were waiting before us, they did not give us a room for an hour, they kept us waiting, the tone of the person working at the reception was very bad, he was acting like a friend.

Adında "Spa Otel" ibaresi geçen tesiste kaplıca yok, sıcak havuz yok, buhar odası yok, spa anlamında bir tek sauna var. Onun da şalterini 10da açıyorlar, öğlen anca ısınıyor. Konaklama için güzel bir tesis, ama spa olarak koskoca bir sıfır!

It is a small, clean hotel in a central location. We did not experience any problems, only the breakfast variety could be a little more.

5 star hotel in Adıyaman.

We didn't like it at all, we stayed in damp rooms downstairs, the air conditioning was problematic, the phone was not working, everywhere was dust and smelled of dampness.
