The hotel is nice and very good for this price, but the landscaping is poor and the open space is insufficient.

We would like to stay again, I was satisfied.

It is a hotel I prefer especially for family holidays and business meetings. We were extremely pleased with our family stay. We would also like to thank Mr. Metehan, Deputy Hotel Manager, for his professional and friendly approach, who helped us in every way. We felt very comfortable thanks to the importance they attach to guest satisfaction and their understanding of quality service. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Unfortunately, we could not charge the charging vending machine on the socket in the room without paying, but I did not like this at all.

There was a dislodged glass in the room. We took a shower and the glass exploded on us. It was a disgrace. No attention was paid to it.

It's really a very poor quality hotel. There is no variety of food. Even the french fries came out once in 5 days. At the service point, Mr. Baki and Mr. Muhammed is very good. They work successfully in very good hotels. The kitchen chef, the tall friend with the earrings, and Tatyana at the reception are incredibly negative and disrespectful people. I will never go again.

The nice welcome at the reception, the politeness of the waiters and the solution-oriented officials in the customer relations department were great. The food was very good. The room comfort was also very good. Thank you very much.
