In general, it is a hotel that deserves 5 stars, except that the people working in the security of the parking lot are very rude and do not know how to ask questions or talk. It is recommended that they be given good manners.

They were very dedicated and caring. It was a nice stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they always had different dishes, especially the desserts were great, I was very pleased.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with our 6-year-old child and 2-month-old baby. The breakfast was varied and good, the rooms were spacious. Staff is attentive and helpful, overall I recommend

Everything was very good, they were attentive and friendly, I liked the location, the rooms and common areas were clean, the food was delicious and there was plenty of variety.

I'm talking considering the time and price, I think it's quite enough, I don't have any expectations, I needed a place to stay for one night, I found this place, it's not a holiday, I would say, but if we consider it as a holiday during the season, it may be insufficient, but since we are not in the season, they may not care a little, there is no activity, there are not many employees, I only saw two people, but overall it met my expectations, the only problem is that if you came for a holiday, this is not the place, my current opinion may be a different situation in the season.

If I come to Erzincan, which I have to, I will definitely stay here.
