The staff was nice but the hotel was extremely dirty. The toilet was really dirty and full of hair. The toilet paper was in the form of an exhausted roll. The moment we stepped on the floor, our feet turned black. There was serious dirt under the bed and in the bathroom. Even though it is a hotel I have preferred for a long time, I was not satisfied at all.

Since the facility was at full capacity due to the holiday, there was no end of line for dinner. Dinner can be extended to 19.00-21.00. The staff was friendly. There was no problem with the water slides, but there should still be lifeguards. The bar and food at the sea were good. The hamburger meatballs were not ready-made meatballs and were amazing. There was grilled fish every day. We were satisfied, thank you very much.

They were very polite and helpful to the customers, the rooms were very clean, the location is already great, 2-3 minutes from the bus stop, 10 minutes from the metro, you are in the heart of Kadıköy in 5 minutes, a perfect f/p hotel, thank you for everything.

Although hotel check-in was supposed to be at 14.00, we waited for half an hour and even got there earlier. Unfortunately, the room was barely cleaned in 2 hours. Nice hotel, I liked it very much

The hotel staff was very young, friendly and helpful. We would like to thank all of them again. The pool was clean, but its size was insufficient. 5 people cannot swim without colliding. Our room was very clean, large and beautiful (we stayed in the cave room with jacuzzi). The jacuzzi was clean and large. The breakfast was not an open buffet, they prevented waste, it was very satisfying and sufficient. (Their vegetable omelet was also delicious.)
