Everyone is very attentive and customer satisfaction is at a premium. The amenities are very good and each room has an ironing board and iron. Care cream, shampoo and body gels are available in clumptree boxes in the showers, and there is even hand lotion in the sinks.

First of all, I was shocked when I saw the ADDITIONAL BED for which they charged an additional fee as an 'extra bed'. They opened a single sofa bed and put sheets on it. It was so bad that I hurt everywhere. The rooms are dirty, poorly maintained, old. When it comes to the breakfast part, the breakfast part is separate. Okay, there are hundreds of cats on the island and as an animal lover, why don't the animals get 1 packet of food before breakfast and get fed while we are having breakfast? We pay thousands of TL, just buy a pack of food. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I won't go there again.

We were expecting a massage at the hotel, but we could not benefit from the service because we were told that the staff was on leave for 20 days. Maybe there could be rotating staff. The pool was so crowded we couldn't get in at all. The matter of luck may be better in quiet times. We stayed in the room with jacuzzi. Jacuzzi plumbing is very old. It was covered with moss. We cleaned the visible moss with a towel. But algae constantly came from inside the installation, I think it was from the pipes. Also the water wasn't always hot. We could not use the jacuzzi after 9pm because the water was too warm. Since it flowed lukewarm, the water in the jacuzzi cooled down until it was full. The location is close to very good restaurants. Breakfast is not bad, delicatessen products could be of better quality. There is no parking lot, but we did not have any parking problems. For those coming with electric vehicles, the charging station is right in front of the hotel. You won't have any problems. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Since we went there expecting a jacuzzi and massage, it was below our expectations, but it is a very reasonable hotel for standard rooms.

It can be preferred as a conservative hotel. A complete family hotel with plenty of activities and delicious food.
