Worst business I have ever seen

It is a price-performance hotel that tries to get more work done with fewer employees. Still, we were satisfied. We would especially like to thank Mr. Salih at the reception. He never let us down. Note, tell the chef to bring out soup from time to time.

The location is very nice, the breakfast is superb, the staff were very friendly, they helped in everything, I recommended it to my friends, I would like to stay again..

Cleanliness, service, location everything was good. I recommend.

A nice family hotel, very good for families with children.

First of all, we would like to thank Osman Bey, his father Uğur Bey and their mother Ayşe Hanım during our stay at Mucize Thermal. They are very caring, sincere and warm-hearted people. They do their best to make their guests feel like they are at home. We would like to thank them for their close attention and smiling face during our stay. Even though there are minor shortcomings, the sincerity, immediate reaction and interest of the business owners make us forget these. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a warm family environment.

In one word, it sucks. There is no hot water in the thermal hotel. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. There is not even a coffee machine or tea machine. They did not even clean it in 2 days. Everything was so bad

This is my 4th or 5th visit to the hotel and I am happy with it so I always choose this place. Everything is very nice.
