The room I was in was literally a dust pit. From the shower to the bedside lamps, even they were not working. Coming to the toilet, it is obvious that it has not been cleaned, it has changed color due to dirt, and when I went and talked about it, the lady at the reception tried to insist in a very indifferent manner by saying that our rooms are very clean, as if the customer was trying to be superior as if she needed them. When my room was changed, this time he started to make a face every time he saw me. This is a hotel that I will definitely not go to again. Other hotels in this price range should definitely be preferred…

In general, I was satisfied. It was not my first experience, but I don't know whether it was because they were busy or because they forgot. My room cleaning request was fulfilled even though 4 and a half hours had passed. It was done 40 minutes after I warned it for the second time.
