The room we stayed in, number 633, was not cleaned, the dirty sheets were not fixed, and there was still dust and hair on the floor. We were able to get water and coffee to our room after calling the reception approximately 5 times. The bed is a combination bed and is very uncomfortable and the pillows are not comfortable. I am very sorry, although I have preferred this many times, this carelessness made us sad and worried.

Suitable for groups of friends and business trips without expecting too much. I had difficulty finding the hotel. Because it is in the middle and there is no parking space. Gaziantep castle is 15 minutes on foot.
