Our satisfaction was endless from the moment we entered until we walked out the door. From the person who makes your omelette to the first person who greets you, everyone is so respectful and helpful that they make you feel like the most important person. The hotel manager does his job very well and in a friendly way, in touch with everything. The thermal pool of the hotel is very large and the water is really natural, the thermal room, the steam room are worth the money you pay, everywhere is clean, the game rooms are excellent and the equipment is monitored very well, everyone can play games in the game room. If you talk about the pools, we were able to swim in the pool even in November because it was sunny. The food is perhaps the best of the hotels we have been to in 10 years. We thank you very much for everything, we had a peaceful, pleasant and happy holiday. My child and my wife were also very pleased.

It is good that the facility is close to the airport and has a parking lot. Apart from that, we were given a single-bed room even though we requested 2 separate beds. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pillow smelled of sweat and I had to put a t-shirt on it. Apart from the location, we were not satisfied with the facility

There is no water, no coffee, no kettle, no shampoo, breakfast is inadequate, cleaning is extremely inadequate. I stayed for a week, and since the cleaning staff was on leave, the floors were wiped only once. Bathroom cleaning is inadequate. There is air conditioning, the remote control is not with the customer. It is not possible to stay even if it is necessary. I just don't want to ignore the friendly helpfulness of the employee whose name was Farhat, he was a very good person.
