Royal Loft Suit

It was our third visit to the hotel. The facilities were better in our first two visits. There were deficiencies in this last stay. On the last day we went to the hotel, we learned that the pool was closed. The pool is closed, the renovation is still unfinished, there is no clear information about when it will open, it was not stated in advance that the pool was closed, we could not cancel it because it was the last day, they provided us with the biggest bungolow room to compensate. Thank you for this. But even the largest room was too small for 3 people to stay, the space was tight. The bathroom and toilet were in the same place, there was no shower cabin. There was a bad smell problem in the bathroom. There was no Wi-Fi. You can reach the center by taxi, which is 10 minutes away. But the view is very beautiful. The sea is very nice and clear. The beach is very beautiful. The breakfast is not very diverse, some variety could be added. If the deficiencies are completed, it is a nice hotel that we love, but there were shortcomings. If you are not looking for too much luxury, it is a peaceful facility surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly and attentive. It has a nice menu and you can access the food and drinks you want.

Facility facilities and location are quite good, breakfast is very nice.. Staff is super.. The dryer was problematic, the shower gel in the bathroom ran out. Vehicle charging station can be increased. Thanks for everything..

Aqua park is paid but this was not stated. We found out as we were leaving the hotel. Cleanliness, location and staff attention were good.

It's a great business and they take care of it very well. It's a hotel I will definitely choose whenever I visit Ankara. Thank you for everything.

Perfect price performance hotel

It is a little far from the center, but we went there knowingly, everything was fine, we were very pleased and had no problems.

It smelled of cigarette smoke and urgent cleaning was required.
