We really liked it very much and had a very nice stay. Especially the smiling faces of the staff made us very happy.

It is very nice and price performance is very good.

The room temperature was not sufficient, we were cold at night, so I woke up constantly and we could not sleep comfortably! The bed and pillows were not in hotel comfort, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There were no washcloths, shoes, or prayer rugs needed in the room. I asked for a towel, the reception said there was no such thing, and we did not have any contact to help. At 11 o'clock the cleaning staff rang the bell. We came as a family of 7 with our children. When we entered the suite, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, although there was a picture of a 3-person bed, the bed was prepared for the sofa and it was very uncomfortable. There was a large group of people having a party meeting on the same day. We waited for the elevator for 20 minutes, but it did not come!!!

It is surprising that a hotel of such a location and status cannot offer open buffet breakfast.

Everything was in order, we were satisfied with the hotel, room cleaning could be done during the day without our request.

Simply put, it's a great place.

The staff was very friendly. The morning breakfast was also nice. Thanks for their hospitality.

The service and attitude of all the staff at the hotel were great, the breakfast was the same, they did not say no to anything we wanted (including fried eggs, omelette varieties, French fries and no extra charge was required). If I talk about the taste issue, I have full faith that the chef will create excellent tastes if better quality products are used. Unfortunately, there were problems with the hotel - Wifi outage - Water leaking from the batteries - Unpressured bath water - Toiletries made of poor quality materials. -Do not leave the balcony door open because mosquito nets were made for flies but the edges were not covered. -Although the air conditioning was central, it was very disturbing as it was designed to hit the bed directly. In general, it is not too bad, but I hope the hotel official will read this message and redo these deficiencies that can be corrected. Because the staff service and approach were good enough to be preferred again.
