The room cleaning was not bad, but the lighting lamps in the room were really glaring and bad. Generally there was no sun. We first stayed on the -2 floor and then on the 1st floor, but both had a gloomy atmosphere. In general, the accommodation price is affordable for a hotel, but you should not expect anything extra other than accommodation. The staff was generally friendly and communicative. The room is not very useful on a daily basis, but it is ideal if you want to stay at night and walk around outside during bright hours.

The floors were not clean, and the heating was not working. The service came at 2 a.m. for repairs. The valet was a little irritable. The hot water was flowing very little and it was heating up late.

We were very pleased. Everything was beautiful. The bedroom window wasn't closing properly, other than that everything was fine.

A great hotel. It's spotlessly clean, the location is great, the staff is very attentive. The owner is a Russian lady, I think that's why everything is so smooth. Nothing is cheap at the hotel. very enjoyable

Our one-day stay with my wife and daughter was better than I expected. We would like to thank the hotel owners for their attentive behavior and for making us feel like we were at home.
