During our stay at the hotel, the cleanliness, food quality and very friendly staff were great. When we arrived early, our check-in time was brought forward without any charge, and the reception staff were very helpful throughout our holiday with everything from our event reservations. The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to T1 Tram Metro and Marmaray line. There are various restaurants and nice cafes around where you can eat. Everything is at your fingertips. For longer stays, a coin-operated laundromat is also within walking distance. The outside of the hotel is very beautiful, but the inside is very old. The rooms are old and dirty. Bathroom drains clog and overflow when taking a shower. The tiles are covered in moss. The air conditioner has never been cleaned. I cleaned and disinfected the filter myself. The inside of the minibar was very dirty. I spent 1 hour disinfecting the room. The hotel needs a deep clean. Breakfast is open buffet but simple. It will do. The staff is friendly and helpful.
