Shelter Inn Hotel & Spa

It's a disgrace, dangerous used champagne, no soap in the bathroom, I called and asked but it didn't come, zero attention, really sad.

I think it is a 5/5 hotel and when I come to Ankara again, I can stay there again, price performance rooms, location is perfect and breakfast is price performance but it has a lot of variety, it depends on what you are looking for but it made me happy not to have any problems and also the staff are friendly and attentive.

When we went to the hotel, the receptionist and the valet did the transaction without even looking at us. I mean, we have come all this way, they could have at least shown us a welcome and interest. Normally, when we first go, the reception asks for it. We waited for an average of 10 minutes for it to arrive. After we arrived, no one said it came to us, or we waited for another 10 minutes in vain. People really do not employ the right people to run the business, but the hotel was nice.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I was not at all satisfied with the reception staff at the hotel, except for the female staff. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The whole team working at breakfast was great. When we sat down for breakfast, a lady immediately came and took care of herself. I would like to thank the breakfast team.

Since the rooms were not ready, everyone was kept waiting for a certain check-in time, but we waited for half an hour with many other people.

The location is very central, but the noise from the street disturbs us all night long. The staff is friendly.
