Özdemir Palas Hotel

Most of the towels were stained, there was hair on the pillowcases and sheets the moment we entered. There is a ventilation problem, there is a persistent damp smell

the rooms were not clean

The first room I entered smelled bad, but thanks to the staff, they changed my room immediately. However, the air conditioner was not working. The breakfast was very good. If you do not have high expectations, it is preferred.

So small and so cold

It was not clean at all. There is a parking problem.

The employees were friendly and attentive, I was very pleased..

The curtains in room 214 do not close completely, customer privacy is not taken into consideration.
