The staff was friendly, respectful and caring. The only problem was that the room was extremely hot due to the central system. We wanted to turn on the cold setting on the air conditioner, but it was stated that this was not possible. Since the windows were locked and could not be opened fully, we were extremely uncomfortable with the heat throughout the night. I hope there is a solution to this problem, because if I go to Ankara again, it is a hotel I will choose again. Thank you for the service they provide.
