Amazing breakfast amazing

A nice hotel, I was very pleased.

At the hotel I stayed at for my daughter's birthday, we expected a cake as a gesture, but the hotel, which celebrates everyone's birthday every day, did not celebrate it, including my daughter's birthday. The hotel seems to be all-inclusive, but almost everything is paid, including the facilities that are free in many hotels.

At the time of booking, it was not stated that the economy rooms were on the basement floors. The rooms were very stuffy and dirty. The air conditioner did not pass that damp smell. Also, since there was no ventilation in the sink, it was turning into a sauna. It was a very bad experience indeed. Although the price was not cheap, it was a very bad experience to stay in airless, glassless cellars on the basement floor.

It is not at all what it looks like in the picture, I regret it, it was very bad, the hygiene was 0, it was very basic and bad, there was always noise from outside, and at the exit, if we drank tea from the tea thermos in the room, it was very simple that they said that there would be an additional fee :)

The hotel is a thermal hotel and there is a thermal pool outside. We did not use the garden thermal pool that we used on the first day, because it was hot the next day. We gave information to Ms. Hatice at the hotel reception. Nobody cared. Other guests waiting there went to the lobby and asked. The person who came for maintenance said that the consultants broke a part of it. We wanted to go back in the next morning but it was just as hot. We told the official in the restaurant. He said that there had been no complaints so far, and once again we were the culprits. I went to the lobby, explained the issue and said that I wanted to leave a written complaint. I said that means other complaints are not taken into consideration. The business manager came, we came for 2 days and explained that we could not benefit from this service for 2 days. Based on the response given by the official, we said that we wanted to leave a written complaint. He said it was not necessary and he would take care of it and that we could stay until 5 o'clock as an apology. So, we say the thermal is not working, they say go out at 17 instead of 12, I don't understand what the benefit of this is. We declared that this was not the issue and left at 12 o'clock. When we left, the thermal was still boiling and the business manager was drinking tea and chatting in the lobby. That female foreign staff was taking care of customers at the reception. So they say everything continues in the same order and with indifference.....
