İbis Styles Ankara Hotel

We were really pleased with Ibis Styles Ankara Hotel, which we chose for a short stay for my interview in Ankara. Since we were traveling with my mother and daughter, the most important issues for us were cleanliness, comfort and a safe environment. In this respect, the hotel offered an experience well beyond our expectations. We preferred two separate rooms. Both the room I stayed in with my daughter and the room my mother stayed in were extremely clean, tidy and spacious. You can feel the care given to hygiene from the moment we first enter the room. This detail is really important, especially for families with children. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet and very suitable for relaxing. Even though I had interview stress all day long, it was very good for me to be able to relax in a peaceful environment when I returned to the hotel. The decoration in the rooms had a modern and warm atmosphere. A simple but stylish design, away from unnecessary complexity, was preferred. Even the lighting, room layout and colors used make people feel comfortable. My daughter also felt very comfortable in the room. It was very important for me to feel safe and comfortable, especially as someone traveling with children. The approach of the staff was also very polite and helpful. Our check-in process was done quickly and they helped us with everything we needed with a smile. At such times, the approach of the employees really changes the accommodation experience completely. We were also pleased with the breakfast part. The breakfast was both diverse and delicious. The products offered at the buffet were fresh and thoughtful. Cheese varieties, hot products, breads, tea and coffee options were quite sufficient. Especially starting the day with a good breakfast affects the energy of the whole day. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Even though it was busy, the employees were constantly checking everything and quickly filling in the missing items. I think this is one of the important details that show the hotel's service quality. It was also in a very advantageous place in terms of its location. in Ankara

We were very pleased. There were no extra cleaning products provided in the rooms. And if there was internet, no information was given.

The room was not very large. We can say that it is a good price performance hotel in terms of location and cleanliness.

I didn't like the attitude of the staff at all. I parked my car in front of the hotel and asked, "Do you have a parking space?" as I entered the reception. He said, "We don't have a parking space, but if we stay in front of our hotel, there is no problem." I said are you sure and he said yes. Before you even get to the room, the room phone rings. Why did you park your car in the countryside? The hotel attendant says pick it up immediately. I said, I parked it by asking you, no, no, you misunderstood. I said, I wish you had guided me correctly. Wherever you take your car, there is a parking lot on the highway below, I was going to walk and park the car because of the traffic. I searched for a parking space for 1 hour, so those coming by car should not come! Also, the rooms smell very strongly of cigarette smoke.

The room was very nice and clean. I stayed for 1 night due to my job. I definitely recommend

A nice and cute hotel. The location is very good. The staff is friendly. Their only drawback is that the beds are too small.
