Hotel İçkale

İçkale is a hotel that has made a name for itself in Ankara and is considered to be quite luxurious. Even though we paid a pretty good price, we stayed in a 3-star hotel with a portable cot. In a hotel with a comprehensive spa center, even ordinary small details such as a bathrobe, make-up cotton and hair conditioner were not available in the room. In other words, it had the comfort of an average 3-star hotel. This was definitely not the performance expected from Ickale. It should be renovated urgently.

Room quality needs to be upgraded according to price

The hotel is very decent and clean, the staff is very helpful and polite, we were very pleased.

Everything was beautiful..

It was a very good hotel in every aspect, whether it was cleanliness, location or staff. The only problem was that the internet connection in the room was very low, but I attributed it to the fact that it was the room in the corner. If I come to Ankara again, I will stay here again.

All the staff were friendly and attentive. Valet and parking available. Centrally located.

I must especially point out that neither the hotel's name nor our valuable business people, except for the breakfast and the friendly team, would make me say 5*. Our conversation about the toilet covers that popped off as if they were going to waste caused me to be 2 hours late for my meeting. Although Mr. Onur, the esteemed technical team manager, and his team tried to find a solution, I was very surprised by both the ventilation and the fact that the hotel was old and neglected in every way...

I only had a valet problem, other than that there were no problems, overall it is a nice hotel.

The staff and hotel were great

When I go to Ankara again, I will stay in the same hotel again. The staff is friendly and solution oriented. The hotel is a bit old but not mediocre. I thank İçkale Hotel for its services.
