The staff is extremely courteous, respectful and professional. The food is diverse and delicious.

There were problems with cleaning, I can't comment on the staff, we didn't see much of it, but price performance

Overall, I was satisfied, only the receptionist's behavior could have been a little more polite.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and left satisfied.

The only negative thing I can say during my stay is that the sheets and towels were torn and had stains that could not be removed, and the bathrobes did not smell nice due to the massage oil being absorbed into them. The steam room did not work at all during the 2 nights and 3 days of my stay. These are the negatives I saw, the other parts were good, the food, the pools etc. were all very good.

For this price, this hotel is tremendous. The food and the general spa facility are really successful. Only the indoor pool was a little cool, but that's an unimportant detail. The perfect place to relax. I'm thinking of going again at the first opportunity.

An incredibly clean hotel. I have been to many places in my life. I stayed, the taste of the food, the friendliness of the staff was amazing.

It is a 5-star hotel, but it does not deserve it. The rooms are very stuffy and small, the television is not working, the air conditioning is not working, the dining area is very narrow, the rows are very narrow, so the variety is very limited, only the main course is concentrated on appetizers and only 3 courses. I went by looking at the comments and was surprised at what people liked and even the 3-star hotels were better. In addition, the steam room does not work in the thermal hotel, the sauna is too hot, you cannot even sit in it, I was not satisfied at all. It is a very boring hotel, there is no activity, no music, etc.
