City Hotel Ankara

Price performance hotel. I just didn't like the cleanliness. The attendant is doing a thorough cleaning. He doesn't do it in detail. Especially the places were full of hair and feathers. Their air conditioner works but makes a lot of noise. Their staff is very attentive. They always brought breakfast at sahur. Thank you. I had a problem with my room. Water was coming from the ceiling in the sink. They changed my room immediately. They are good at this. They were helping as much as they could. It is a preferable hotel considering its price. I explained everything with all transparency.

We were very pleased. They are very caring and friendly. It was spotless. The breakfast was very nice.

Family business. Warm, friendly, helpful staff. It's a clean hotel. The only downside is there is a karaoke bar opposite the hotel. Those whose rooms overlook the bar may not be able to sleep due to loud noises. Other than that, it's a perfect value for money hotel.

I didn't go with high expectations, but everything was above my expectations. Managers and staff were very helpful and caring. If I go to that area again, I would definitely choose it again.

The fact that the WC is in a glass cabin inside the room will disturb your privacy no matter who you go with.

In one word, perfect. The staff are very kind. They helped with everything. I am considering staying again.
