There were nice events for children during the holiday, but when the holiday was over, they said that even the playground would open at 12. I did not understand why they had to wait until 12 to open an area that already existed. Cleaning was good. The employees are very attentive. The food is good. The location was very nice, surrounded by pine trees with clean air. However, there should be activity opportunities for adults. WiFi does not work everywhere. Although the pool was crowded, it was very clean and temperature measurements were taken at regular intervals.

It's a total disappointment because there are columns in the middle of the swimming pool. If you call it a spa pool, it's like a small room. It's very small. The service was very lacking. What can we say, it's the best.

Based on the comments I read, I had bad expectations when I went to this hotel, which I had visited in my childhood, after a long time, but when I went to the hotel, there was nothing that bothered me except the crowd. The restaurant capacity does not accommodate the number of guests hosted, which unfortunately causes disruptions in service. For example, it is impossible to find a table to sit at during meal times. That's why meal times are treated as if you were going to war and you are caught in the middle of chaos. Although hygiene is generally good, it is low due to the crowd and chaos in the dining area. I can't count how many times we served food from the open buffet. Unfortunately, the customer profile was not a respectful profile that prioritized hygiene. Additionally, the elevator has also had its share of crowds. It's nobody's turn. Long story short, it is a perfect price performance hotel. My family and I left generally satisfied. I would like to thank Ms. Betül in public relations and Ms. Beyza in the kids club for their interest and concern for our children.

Although the hotel had a high capacity, it was overcrowded due to the mid-term holiday, and the fact that children under a certain age were free of charge must have been a reason for preference for families with children, as there were a lot of child guests. As a natural result, there was excessive noise in the common areas, the wet floors were constantly cleaned by removing the water, but unfortunately there was no such thing as cleaning the hot pool in the middle of the day. The meal hours are fixed during working hours, but there was a crowd in front of the door because people got there 30 minutes early. We stayed for 2 nights. When we got down at dinner time, the doors were already opened and everyone was seated in the evening. When I asked the staff at the door why the hall was full before dinner time, I came across a ready answer like "I guess we can't keep the guests waiting at the door :) Due to the location, the rooms are in the forest, in a beautiful location that we already know. It is also good, but due to the density of guests in the hotel, the service quality decreases, unfortunately the profile that arrives is not very well-mannered. The idea of ​​live music in the evenings is nice and the sound artist in the evening is quite humorous. My observations were like this.

The staff is very helpful and the location is nice. There is an okey area where you can have fun in the evenings, which was good for that activity. It is not possible to stay hungry as there is a wide variety of food, the desserts are very nice and the baked rice pudding was wonderful. The mixed pool seemed small to me, but the men's and women's section pools were larger. Orange juice in the morning is paid, table tennis and billiards would be better if they were not paid.

A nice hotel. We go once in a while. There are some customers who do not comply with the rules. A couple entered the communal hot spring pool with their baby in diapers, and we were disturbed. I told my wife, let's go out immediately. Ms. Dilek, who works there, sweet-talked this couple; He said that thermal pools are not suitable for the bone development of children under the age of 7, and that they cannot enter with diapers on. But despite this, this couple did not take the child out of the thermal pool. Moreover, the female of this couple gave irrelevant and contrary answers to Ms. Dilek. Ms. Dilek was very right there and she told them this in a nice way.

The location is very good, the polite attitude of the employees, the variety and taste of the food were on point. I recommend it to everyone.
