Ankara Efes Hotel

A nice hotel, everything was very good, I especially liked the soups.

In terms of location, it is in a slightly upper area, the facilities are very good, I received a caring service process.

The staff is great, the cleanliness is perfect, everything was taken into consideration down to the smallest detail, it was better than 5-star hotels. It is definitely recommended. Just a friend's advice to the hotel management. The toilet and bathroom should be covered with films that do not show the inside of the toilet and bathroom. The walls of the toilet and bathroom should be glass. It is a problem in terms of privacy. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Thank you to the staff.

The location is good, other than that it was a disgraceful bad hotel

The worst part was that there was rust in the bathrooms of the rooms and the inside of the toilet was yellow to the point of endangering human health. There was no kettle coffee in the room, there was only glass of water and the breakfast was extremely inadequate. Even though we went down at 08.30, the heat was over. We told them that very little was brought again and because another guest took all of it, we were 3 people and we could only buy 1 pastry. There was nothing else left. The other options were also insufficient. The price was already affordable, but at least one should be careful about things that could threaten health.

During my stay at the hotel, the hotel staff were very attentive and kind. The location of the hotel is very good. If you want to have a holiday in Bozburun, I recommend you to stay here.
