We felt really comfortable and special during our stay. The entire team was extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel's location, cleanliness, food, Turkish bath and sauna services were very good. Especially the lagoon pool (hot pool) at the hotel was great. This pool would be absolutely perfect when it's snowing outdoors :)) Thank you very much to everyone who contributed to this beautiful experience.

This is my second time staying in the same hotel. The gentleman at the reception was ego-oriented rather than solution-oriented. I will not stay in the same hotel again.
