Sea Star Hotel - All Inclusive

The hotel is right in the center, I liked it very much in terms of both its cleanliness and historical structure. The only problem is that everything spoken in the sitting areas in the corridor through the doors and the smell of cigarette smoke fill the room. The doors should be more protected and insulated. Apart from that, the breakfast was quite sufficient, thank you.

In general, we really liked the width and high ceilings of the hotel, it offers a spacious environment. The live music, food and service quality in the hotel were very successful, we were satisfied with these issues. However, we experienced some serious inconveniences in terms of accommodation. We could not rest sufficiently due to the constant noise coming from the radiators in the room and the conversations coming from downstairs. The biggest problem was the bed; Since it was divided into two, we constantly felt the feeling of falling in the middle, and this caused back and headache. We think that a more comfortable bed should be preferred for a hotel of this level. Also, it was not nice that the liquid soap was diluted with water. Although there was shower gel, there was no shampoo. The radiator/heating system in the shower cabin was not very understandable or useful either. In summary; Although the social areas and service quality of the hotel are very good, we think that they need to be improved in terms of room comfort and some details.
