The staff of the hotel, in a central location, were very polite and attentive. Our room was clean, very comfortable and a visual feast. We were very comfortable. We liked it. I will definitely repeat staying at this hotel.

The only plus of the hotel was its location. On the inadequate website of the business, it is written as a mixed breakfast and it is passed off as a breakfast plate. Moreover, the plate is not satisfying, it is ice cold, even though we expected that kdr. We booked a room for 3 people and were ignored by saying that our beds are large enough to fit us.

It's a good hotel in terms of price and performance. It's a hotel that saves itself with its beautiful location without having too much expectation.

Since we were traveling by car, we arrived at the hotel at 08 in the morning, before the check-in time. Despite this, the reception staff told us that we could use the restaurant and pool until 14:00. Unfortunately, during our 3-day stay, we could not use the sea and the pool due to rainy weather, except for the 1st day. For this reason, they offered the same opportunities on the day we checked out. I would especially like to thank the reception staff.

The hotel is clean, reliable staff, breakfast was good, location is good.

This hotel offers easy transportation and a beautiful view thanks to its location close to the city center and on the hill. Unfortunately, the positive impressions end there. The facilities of the facility are quite limited. The breakfast variety is below expectations and the furnishings in the rooms are old and neglected. Especially noisy and old air conditioners negatively affect a comfortable accommodation experience. There are also serious deficiencies in terms of service quality. Although the staff tries to help, the overall service is poor. Most of the time there is no one at the reception and you have to call to reach someone. Security is also a weak point; It is unclear who entered and exited through the back door. Additionally, there is no signage at the rear entrance where the parking lot is located, which can be confusing for those who first arrive at the hotel. Unfortunately, cleaning standards are very low. It is necessary to remind many times for daily cleaning; Even linen and towel changes are made upon insistence. Dirty air conditioner filters reveal lack of care in hygiene. In summary, this hotel definitely does not deserve the stars and price it receives. The management approach resembles a dormitory rather than a hotel. Therefore, it is definitely not suitable for families and guests with children. It can be preferred for short-term, one-night stays in emergency situations, but I definitely do not recommend it for longer stays. For the same price, you can find much better hotels that offer truly 3-star quality.
