Our stay was generally satisfactory and that's why I gave it a five-star rating. However, I would like to share a few points in order to further improve the service quality. When we entered the room, there was a lack of towels; It was provided quickly after our request, but it would be more appropriate to check such needs before guest entry. Additionally, the air conditioning performance in the room was below our expectations. Although the device was operational, it had difficulty in lowering the ambient temperature sufficiently and felt inadequate, especially in terms of comfort. Apart from this, we did not experience any negativities in terms of staff approach and general accommodation experience. I think that a much more successful service can be provided by correcting minor deficiencies.
