There is no problem with the cleaning service regarding the hotel. We only had some problems on the day of check-in. I bought a single-bed sea view room with the price difference. Even though we arrived at the hotel around 15:30, we were kept waiting for about 1 hour to check in, and when I told the reception that we were given a side sea view room other than the room I bought, they said that the systems of that room also had a sea view. Thank you to guest relations. It was a holiday, my advice would be to have a more professional reception team, other than that, everything is great, thank you.
