I made a reservation from the most convenient website and went to the hotel with my fiancee. And because we were not married, they did not take us to the hotel. Nothing this ridiculous can't happen. It's the first time I've encountered something like this in my life. As you know, I was kicked out of the hotel. They told me to go and cancel the reservation, they made me suffer, could such a thing happen? I paid for the hotel I didn't stay in. I hope I will get my money refunded.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night for our Kemer holiday. The rooms are new and clean. When you enter, you can see that they are well cleaned. The open buffet breakfast and the freshness of the meals were sufficient. The staff was attentive, I also thank the lady at the reception.
