There was no hair dryer in our room. Even though we asked for it twice, it was not brought. We were startled by the sound of extremely disturbing music around 12 o'clock at night. When we called the reception, they told us that there was an entertainment center next to the hotel and that this sound was coming from there. The sound did not stop, the building literally seemed to be shaking. During our second search, we were told to take you to another room, the sound would be less there. When we asked the staff who came to accompany us, he said that the sound was coming from the hotel's own bar. So we couldn't sleep well at night because of the hotel's own entertainment center. The staff themselves had a very good habit of lying.
