Sedir Park Bungalow Hotel

It has nothing to do with the hotel room I bought online, I regretted it when I went, but since I arrived very late, I had to stay because of necessity. I had to sleep in a basement-like place. Despite all that money, it's a complete disgrace.

The hotel is in a good location, but it has a very negative side: when you go down to breakfast in the morning, you have to wait for the elevator for 10 minutes. We asked for a clean sheet. It took 30 minutes for us to arrive. The staff are indifferent. Hot water is constantly flowing in the bathroom. You cannot take a shower. Cold water is not flowing. The batteries are very bad. The air conditioner is constantly ringing and does not turn off. We are not satisfied at all.

It was definitely a very high quality hotel and it was tastefully furnished with a different style. The staff and Mr. Emre were very attentive. I had been staying in a different hotel for 8 years, but from now on, it is a hotel that I will choose without hesitation and will be a reference. Thank you for everything.

We went to the hotel for the second time, this visit was 100% better than the other one and we were very pleased.

It went very well. The bathroom is a little behind in terms of cleaning. The doors and corners were cleaned very poorly. In the middle of the night, someone was hitting the side wall with a molotov and banging. I didn't understand why they were doing that. The children's voices never stopped. I had no sleep until the morning. It's a nice, spacious hotel.

The location is nice, the breakfast is nice, the employees are friendly, I was very pleased..

The room temperature was not sufficient, we were cold at night, so I woke up constantly and we could not sleep comfortably! The bed and pillows were not in hotel comfort, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There were no washcloths, shoes, or prayer rugs needed in the room. I asked for a towel, the reception said there was no such thing, and we did not have any contact to help. At 11 o'clock the cleaning staff rang the bell. We came as a family of 7 with our children. When we entered the suite, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, although there was a picture of a 3-person bed, the bed was prepared for the sofa and it was very uncomfortable. There was a large group of people having a party meeting on the same day. We waited for the elevator for 20 minutes, but it did not come!!!
