I stay at this hotel in my business life. For personal stay, a daily deposit of 4000₺ is taken by the hotel. This is inappropriate behavior for such a corporate hotel. If you take a deposit of 4000₺, I don't understand why the minibar is empty.

We are not satisfied at all. Insects of unknown species are biting people in the rooms. Cleanliness is zero, beds are uncomfortable, TV does not work, not even water is placed in the rooms, food varieties are very limited.
