I was welcomed very well, the attention was great, thank you.

There was a serious odor and cleanliness problem. The sheets smelled strongly of sweat. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom.

The staff is very helpful. I would also like to thank our Manager Merih for her interest. Price performance hotel. The food is good, the garden rooms are as big and spacious as the house.

Room cleaning was problematic, but we ignored it because we only went to the room to sleep. Other than that, it was enjoyable for us. Although the food variety and quality was generally good, I can say that everywhere was full of Turkish home cooking. I think a little more emphasis should be placed on other countries' cuisines.

It's a ridiculous hotel. We froze cold the first night. On the last day, the reception and the cleaning staff did not clean the room, even though we asked them to clean the room. They opened the door at the very beginning of the morning and walked in. I mean, there is a lot to write about. I want these mistakes to be compensated, it's a shame for the money we paid.
