Brother, I have never seen such a useless hotel. I think this should get four stars. A young man sits in Recepcion, no respect, no customer satisfaction. However, I would like to congratulate our young man named Bellboy Mustafa Gençdoğan, he has a very friendly and hospitable approach.

The hotel garden and rooms are very nice and sympathetic. It is a nice detail to have a small kitchen counter in the rooms. Since the hotel has a 24-hour tea machine, we did not need it.

I can recommend it to everyone. I was very satisfied with everything, including the cleanliness, the food, the location, and customer satisfaction.

Overall it was a good experience and the staff were very well-intentioned and helpful.

The sink was clogged and it was not hygienic either. We washed our hands in the shower, not in the sink, all night long.

The hotel was very dirty and not suitable for a lady

There was a lady at the reception and she was very sullen, she was far from helping, she was not suitable for any reception staff. The hotel was very old, there was no pool or similar facilities because it was being renovated, the breakfast was long, the staff except the reception was good, the location was good. If it is not renewed next time, I will not buy it. If it is renewed, I may consider staying.
