Room cleaning was ok, there were stains on the blanket. The room was hot. There was a shortage of shampoo. WiFi was not working.

It could be cleaner, it was quiet in general, it would be great if the problem of having to go to the reception when ordering food from outside was eliminated.

It was a short but very nice holiday, thank you everyone for everything.

Attentive staff, clean facility with good facilities for the price

It was very clean, my mother had to stay in the hospital. I advise you not to doubt about cleanliness.

The hotel has a good location in terms of location, Efes is plump and has a unique wine as an alcoholic beverage :) We asked for French fries at lunch time and the answer we got was that the kitchen is closed, let's come to the room, the air conditioner does not cool, there is a TV but there are no channels, the mini bar was not cool. I had to stay 1 day in the hotel for which I paid for 3 days.

We were satisfied, we would consider staying at the same place again. The concept was nice.

The accommodation we purchased from ensuit.com with the early booking code and half board accommodation from the thermal facility came at a very affordable price. There was a lot of variety at breakfast and dinner. The reception and staff were friendly and always tried to help. We asked the hotel for our room to be close to the thermal pool. They gave us a room next to the thermal pool, and we were very pleased. There was a bit of crowding at dinner in the evenings with overnight tour guests coming from outside, but that wasn't a big deal either. We were very pleased and we are thinking of coming again next year.
