The room was cold, the hair dryer was not working. The technician came, about an hour later the air conditioner and hair dryer started working. The hotel looked like an abandoned building. I learned that there were customers in only eight rooms. Dinner and breakfast were very bad... I don't want to write any more. I regret so much that I chose the Falez hotel...

We were very pleased, all the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were new and comfortable. We would like to come again.
