In general, it is a successful hotel.

Although the hotel does not have a parking lot, it charges us a fee and everything is paid for, generally it manages in the other way.

When we were looking for a hotel, we relied on the clean and beautiful images in the photos and encountered an even better hotel receptionist than we expected. We were very pleased. We definitely recommend it to those who will come to Erzurum.

Great location, garden and details are very nice, staff is attentive. However, the room I received in the picture was different. The problem was that the shower was working mixed hot and cold. Since the doors were ajar, it was getting cold from outside. It was below my expectations, but it was still nice.

I was very satisfied.

Even though it was the New Year period, the staff and order were still good. For four consecutive nights at the hotel, guests were paired with different artists and also offered different treats. We have been participating for two years. Thermal baths and Spa services are super, we had a great rest.
