I have never seen such a disgraceful stay. Another person left the room we had taken and we were very upset. There was neither a refund nor compensation. I strongly recommend it, I definitely do not.

It's not like it used to be... It was a very clean and well-kept hotel in Ms. Ebru's time, but now it's brand new! We stayed for three days and satisfaction is zero! The rooms are dirty and never cleaned, the curtains in the room are removed, towels are not changed, the toilet door is not locked, the furniture is broken, the silicones are dirty, it's a waste of money... We do not recommend it at all.
