Although the hotel was new, it was good, but I had a heating problem. I hope the same problem does not occur in summer when it comes to cooling off in a hot city like Batman.

The reception team was great, we liked it very much, they greeted us with a smile, they were very helpful, the ambiance was nice, the hotel was nice in general, there was only one problem, the HK team kept entering the room while we were sleeping, even though we said we were not available, they kept knocking on the door 2-3 times, this was not nice at all, other than that, everything was okay.

There were hairs on the sheets, there were hairs in the sink, incense was burned in the room, the hotel's neighborhood is like an industrial place, car parking is a problem. If you are a single person, you can close your eyes and stay. The location is close to the center of Taksim, Dolmabahçe, etc. I think this is the only drawback.

There was no water in the rooms, there were no slippers, the seats were dirty and worn, there was no ventilation, the atmosphere and view of the hotel were very nice, the breakfast was not very good.

The price is high The environment is not safe at all I couldn't sleep at night because of the noise Breakfast is not an open buffet I will definitely not choose it again

It was close to the center and it was nice. The staff was friendly. We recommend it.
