The hotel was exactly price performance. As someone who came to Çanakkale for the first time, I can say that the location of the hotel is very good. Right in the middle of the center, right at the foot of the ferry. The biggest problem of the hotel is that they are very inadequate in terms of cleanliness. There were heaps of dust. You should be very careful, especially if you are allergic like me. I had to go to the pharmacy and buy medicine. Even though we requested cleaning the next day, there was still not enough cleaning done. Carpet flooring in rooms and corridors is the main cause of dust. As a family with one child, the room they arranged for us was very spacious and sufficient for us. His breakfast was Madon's breakfast. It was quite sufficient and satisfying. It can get a little boring just having the same things happen every day. It would be even better if diversity was increased.

I definitely wouldn't want you to recommend it to your customer portfolio.

Hello, we were generally satisfied with our stay at the hotel. First of all, the employees were kind and caring, the pool was clean, the park and green areas around it were very nice and sufficient. We also liked the breakfast served in the morning, it was very satisfying and sufficient. It was a quiet and family atmosphere inside the facility. Whenever we needed anything, we were helped immediately. The only point I would criticize is that there were many dogs in the facility, my wife and children were very disturbed when entering and exiting the house, because the dogs often lay on the roads leading to the house and occasionally barked and disturbed them. It was very nice to have a family hotel, we had a comfortable holiday, the staff were helpful and friendly, the prices are very good, I hope it will always remain this economical, we will come again.
