H&R Alaçatı

We stayed for 1 day and were very pleased with the open buffet breakfast and dinner. The outdoor pool was also adequate and warm, sauna, thermal pool, Turkish bath, salt room was also good, but the sulfur smell in the water disturbed us while taking a shower. Also, since they entered the pool without a cap, there was hair on the grates. It is a nice place to have a holiday surrounded by nature.

The hotel is very clean, very nice location, especially the staff, they are very friendly and good friends. I will choose the same hotel again in August and the beginning of September. I would like to thank the staff again.

The attention and care was great. If I ever have business in Pendik again, it's the only place I'll choose.

We spent 3 days in the room. The room always smelled of waste. It was not nice at all. They should have offered to move us to a different room, but they are trying to find a solution with the room odor. It is cold if the window is left open. It is bad if it stays closed. It is a disgusting facility. Most of the items in the rooms are old or broken.
