I had a very enjoyable time, thank you.

Everything was fine except the squeaking of the bed :) I went twice in total and would go again with peace of mind. The cleanliness, warmth and breakfast of the room were very good...

There was very little complimentary water in the rooms, more could be added.

It was clean and beautiful.

The images in the photo are missing. There are two different accommodation places. To get from the hotel room to the pool, you have to cross a driveway. Cleaning is not good at all. The guests before me had hair clips on the floor. The toilet bowl is very yellow dirt. In such a big hotel, the food was very low. The same meals were heated and stored for 3 days. There is no variety of food and I did not like the ingredients used in oil. In a place where I pay so much for evening and night, everything is very poor in terms of activity. There were very few umbrellas by the pool and the seaside. I asked for extra but they didn't help. And while I was having so many problems, I could never find an official to talk to at the hotel. The 18-20 year old staff could do nothing but apologize to everyone in every incident. I stayed for 3 nights. The garbage in the main places I saw for 3 days was in the same place (like cookie garbage in the gazebo). The hotel and holiday I went to with dreams was not at all what I wanted.

The hotel is very central, you can easily go everywhere, the staff is very nice in terms of price and performance, they are very friendly and interested. If the price continues like this, it is the only place I will stay in Ankara...

I was very pleased, the staff were very caring and solution oriented, I would prefer it again.
