Very good for the price

The air conditioner in my room was faulty. It was not heating. The technical team fixed the problem, but later in the night the heating malfunctioned again and when I woke up in the morning the room was cold. That was the only problem. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel.

It's a very small hotel. It's very strange. When you stay there, you feel like you're in your own family home. I think I liked it very much. If I come to Beşiktaş again, I'll choose it. It's tiny, but it's very nice, very comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet place with different atmosphere, I recommend this hotel, close to everything.

There was no refrigerator in the room, there were two single beds put together with a blanket and turned into a double bed, there was no shower cabin, there was a kettle in the room but there was no glass of water, the hair dryer was working faulty, in short, when you make a reservation online, if you accept it, if you don't, you are treated like we have no room.

I would never recommend it due to its location, since it was on the road there was incredible car noise. We left after staying the second night, for this reason. Some of the staff were extremely indifferent, including the cooks in the dining area in the garden. The water of the big pool was very cold. Food is average.
